This dress is a poly/jersey blend fabric to give it a firm, flowy look.Bell sleeves hit right above the elbow with ruffle below.
The bottom of the skirt has a blooming effect with small ruffle detail above,
as well as around square neckline.
The wide sown in sash in the middle goes all the way around, it does not tie. Zips up the back.
I see this dress in a burgendy or fuschia.
